The $10 charge was for an elective package pickup service that you selected when initiating your return. Though we ask for 7 days to process exchanges, we did process and ship yours within 5 days over the Thanksgiving weekend. Once in the hands of the shipping carrier, though, we cannot control how long a package takes to be delivered. We apologize for the delay!
