RETURNS, EXCHANGES & SHIPPING
We hope you LOVE your new gear, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to make it right. We will gladly exchange your item or provide you with a refund/store credit within 30 days from the delivery date. Drop us an email at email@example.com with your name, order number, and a brief explanation for the return/exchange. A return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you to print. We answer emails pretty quickly, so if you don't see a replay in your inbox within 2 business days, please check your spam folder.
There is a 30-day window for returning items. All items must be returned in original or similar packaging and must be unworn, unwashed and free of any stains, pet hair, damage, deodorant marks and odors (including perfume/cologne). If your items are rejected, they will be sent back to the shipping address on the order, and the return/exchange/refund will be denied. We are currently unable to return/exchange items internationally. All sales are final for clearance items, gift cards and shipping insurance.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges are permitted for items of equal or lesser value and are FREE (limit of ONE exchange of item(s) per order)! Upon receipt of the originally purchased item, your newly selected merchandise will ship. In the event you request an item of value greater than the original purchase amount, store credit will be issued and can then be applied toward your new purchase.
RETURNS: Refunds will be issued once your merchandise is received. Original shipping costs and shipping insurance are non-refundable. A return shipping charge of $5 will be deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively, store credit can be issued in place of a refund and will not incur the $5 return shipping charge. Please indicate if you would like a refund or store credit when initiating your return. We will issue refunds using the original payment method.

SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Shipping fees are calculated by USPS/UPS at checkout and are relative to your location, package size and weight. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds.
Freedom Fatigues currently ships throughout the United States and around the globe. We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout via USPS and UPS as well as Route shipping insurance protection. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package. Shipping time frames displayed at checkout are ESTIMATES provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated by the carrier. We have no control over the time it takes a carrier to deliver a package once it's in their hands.
We also offer a free domestic shipping option at checkout for orders of $99 or more. You may select this option or choose another service. Nearly all orders that ship for free will ship via USPS. If you would prefer another carrier or have a time constraint and need your product by a certain deadline, we highly recommend you choose one of the UPS options.
From time to time, we may run a free shipping promotion in which the application of a specific code will qualify an order for free domestic shipping. All orders that use a free shipping code will ship free of charge via the most economical option regardless of the selection made during checkout. Free shipping codes only apply to orders within the US.
