We hope you LOVE your new gear, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out! It’s our goal to make the exchange/return process as seamless as possible, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returning items through our super easy self-service returns portal.

Here’s how it works:

  • We permit 1 return of items per order within 30 days of delivery. Please allow 7 days to process your items once we receive your return. At this time, there are no returns or exchanges permitted for international orders.
  • To be eligible for return, all items MUST be unworn, unwashed and free of any stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, damage and odors (including perfume, cologne, smoke and body odor). All hats MUST be returned in the original box in which they were shipped. If your hat is shipped back to us in a bag or crammed inside of a small box, it will NOT be accepted. If it cannot be resold, it won’t be accepted. We are currently unable to return/exchange items internationally. All sales are final for clearance items, re:do return coverage + package protection, and gift cards.
  • While we make every effort to get things right, we are human too, and mistakes can happen. If you received a defective item, the wrong item or are missing something from your order, please reach out to us directly at info@freedomfatigues.com so we can make it right!
  • With your $2.98 purchase of re:do return coverage + package protection, we will cover all shipping costs to EXCHANGE your eligible items or return them for STORE CREDIT. Re:do return coverage will NOT apply in the event you select to receive a refund, in which case you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We permit 1 covered exchange of items per order within 30 days of delivery with your purchase of re:do return coverage. You may further initiate an additional return of eligible items at your own cost for STORE CREDIT only within the return window of 30 days post delivery.
  • Package Protection covers lost and damaged domestic orders. International orders are NOT covered by package protection. A package will be considered "lost" 10 days following the last tracking/status update. If you enter an invalid/incorrect address or if there is an obstacle to delivery which forces the carrier to return the package to us, package protection will not apply. Coverage will also not apply in the event the shipping carrier delivers an order outside of their originally estimated delivery date.   • If you don’t feel you will need returns coverage and choose not to purchase it but later find yourself needing to make an exchange/return, no worries! You can still return eligible items for store credit or a refund to your original payment method and purchase a discounted shipping label through our returns portal.
  • Refunds will be issued once your merchandise is received and processed. Original shipping costs and re:do insurance are non-refundable. We will issue refunds using the original payment method.

SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Shipping fees are calculated by USPS/UPS at checkout and are relative to your location, package size and weight. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from refunds.

Freedom Fatigues currently ships throughout the United States and around the globe. We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout via USPS and UPS. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package. Shipping time frames displayed at checkout are ESTIMATES provided by the carriers and are NOT guaranteed unless otherwise stated by the carrier. We have no control over the time it takes a carrier to deliver a package once it's in their hands.

If you enter your address incorrectly or if your Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay or any other payment accounts have an incorrect default shipping address that auto-populates when you place an order, we are not responsible for where your package gets delivered. An order confirmation email is sent and contains your products, their sizes (if applicable), your method of payment, and shipping information. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if you notice an error.

We also offer a free domestic shipping option at checkout for orders of $99 or more. You may select this option or choose another service. Nearly all orders that ship for free will ship via USPS. If you would prefer another carrier or have a time constraint and need your product by a certain deadline, we highly recommend you choose one of the UPS options.

From time to time, we may run a free shipping promotion in which the application of a specific code will qualify an order for free domestic shipping. All orders that use a free shipping code will ship free of charge via the most economical option regardless of the selection made during checkout. Free shipping codes only apply to orders within the US.
