This hoodie is a Christmas present for my son. He hasn't received it yet. But if the hoodie is as great as the customer service I'm sure he'll love it.

I can't say how happy I was to work with Ryann. I forwarded a wrong address on my order and it was returned, obviously.

Interesting, the email from Freedom Fatigues said the package was going to arrive on the 3rd and it did! And, the postal workers were efficient in returning it right away due to the incorrect address.

When I emailed this morning, December 4th, Ryann responded immediately on how we might remedy the situation.

I love ordering from PublicSquare and I am very impressed with Freedom Fatigues. With the Christmas season upon us, it could have taken days to respond.
